Parking Rules
Visitor Parking
Visitors must use the designated visitor parking area. Overnight visitor parking requires prior approval from the Common Committee.
Two-Wheeler Parking
Two-wheelers should be parked in the designated two-wheeler parking zone only.
No Blocking
Do not block other vehicles or common pathways. Vehicles causing obstruction may be towed at the owner's expense.
Maintenance & Repairs
Reporting Issues
Report maintenance issues via MyGate. Use the community WhatsApp group or reach out to the Facility Manager directly only for urgent matters.
Interior Modifications
Any structural modifications to your unit require prior written approval from your respective block association.
Noise & Civil Work Restrictions
No noise-producing work is allowed between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Civil work is not permitted on Sundays and public holidays.

Visitor Registration
All visitors must register at the security gate with valid identification.
Common Area Usage
Cleanliness
Please keep common areas clean. Do not leave personal belongings in corridors, stairways, or lobbies.
Children's Play Area
Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult in the play area. Equipment should be used responsibly.
Waste Management
Segregation
All waste must be segregated into wet and dry categories before disposal.
Collection Times
Waste collection happens daily between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Please keep your segregated waste ready for collection.
E-Waste & Hazardous
E-waste and hazardous materials should not be mixed with regular waste. Contact the management office for special disposal arrangements.
